Josh Tower brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to Tower Sports Advising, guiding student-athletes with a deep understanding of both the recruiting process and the game itself.

A standout at Auburn High School, Josh was a four-year varsity letterman, team captain, and the 2017 Division III Player of the Year. That same year, he helped lead Auburn to a Massachusetts State Championship while posting a .328 career batting average.

He continued his career at Franklin Pierce University (2018–2021), where he was part of three NCAA tournament teams and a Northeast-10 Tournament Championship squad. Josh transferred to Eastern Connecticut State University in 2021 and was a key contributor on the 2022 Division III National Championship team—the winningest team in program history (49-3). He was named D3 World Series MVP and earned All-Tournament honors after tying the record for hits in a single World Series game.

Josh transitioned into coaching in 2022, joining Yale University as Director of Baseball Operations. Under his guidance, Mitchell produced multiple all-conference players and top-tier offensive numbers in both 2024 and 2025.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin Pierce University and a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
